  I absolutely love Pure Living Pilates. The studio is fabulous! I prefer to use the reformer machines when doing pilates, and some pilate classes only offer floor and mat exercises. I always leaving feeling incomplete. Not at Pure Living Pilates, it has the reformers (that I love) and all the best equipment. Korena (the instructor) is great! She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She pays close attention to each exercise and offers gentle guidance and assistance. She's simply fabulous! I always leave feeling great! I highly recommend.

  I live in the states and had the opportunity to take classes at Pure Living Pilates when I was over visiting family on the Gold Coast. At home, I take Pilates 3-4 times a week at the same studio so I was excited to experience a new practice. I can honestly say that the classes at Pure Living Pilates were exceptional and Korena is one of the best instructors out there. Throughout each class she explained everything and paid careful attention to my movements to ensure all exercises were followed properly. When I told her about neck pain that I had been dealing with she even demonstrated exercises I could perform at home to help stretch and rehabilitate the strained muscles. I highly recommend Pure Living Pilates and can't wait to get back to Australia to take more classes!
