  On Thursday morning I woke up to a burst pipe in my backyard and I quickly called Jetset Plumbing as I had been referred by a friend. The lovely lady in the office-- Jessica I think her name was, answered all my questions and assured me that their experienced plumbers would be able to fix my plumbing troubles. The lovely plumber, Jake, called me prior to his arrival and when he arrived he had a look at my backyard and where the water was coming from and then walked me through what he was going to do and approx how long it would take. I was consistently updated on the progress of his work and explained the price breakdown which I was more than happy with. I was pleasantly shocked when Jake called me a few days after the work had been completed for a quick check-up to ensure I had no issues. I have never experienced such superb customer service or plumbing service, from the get-go I was beyond happy with my choice of plumbing company and I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you Jetset Plumbing!

  I had a 1 star originally, but I had to retract it and edit the review. Maybe Jetset stuffed it up on the bookings side but Jake was an absolute champion. He called us, obviously late but was genuinely apologetic, he did a great job on the blocked drain, his customer service was excellent. I don't think anyone could've saved the 1 star review I had.
  
  The original post... No show!!! Blocked kitchen drain. If I can give less than a star, I would. Called today at 12:30pm and they said they'll be out anywhere between 2:00-4pm. I called at 3:45pm to see if they be here soon and they asked if they could reschedule, to which I said no; considering we've been waiting since 12:30pm. Then they said they'll be here anywhere between 4:30pm to 5pm, now I'm calling and they're not answering!!!! Wasted the whole day!!! FUMING!!!
